An expert with a career spanning over 30 years in the management and administration of companies, serving as an executive in family-owned SMEs and as an advisor in various entities and sectors. For 9 years, he was a partner at the Madrid office of the financial consulting and corporate finance division of the Inveready Group. Currently, he is responsible for the "CFO as a Service" area at "Auren Startups 360."
He is a founding partner and manager since 2006 of MADban (Madrid Business Angels Network), a network of private investors providing advisory services in the search for public and private funding, as well as in investment rounds.

FERNANDO JIMÉNEZ GONZÁLEZ
Senior AdvisorExtensive experience in tax advisory gained at prestigious national and international law firms, such as Garrigues and EY Abogados. In 2018, he joined the Auren Group as a partner in the tax department. Specialized in strategic advisory and planning, tax structuring/optimization services, due diligence, assistance in mergers, acquisitions, and divestment processes, as well as in tax inspections.
In 2020, he undertakes an intrapreneurship project at Auren, launching and leading "Auren Startups 360," a multidisciplinary professional services value proposition focused and tailored to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
He is a Business Angel investor in several startups. Partner and member of the Board of Directors of "Club Impact Angels," an impact investor network founded in 2022.
